If you really want to know what's going On look at where the billionaires are Spending their money I've been contacted By these guys and they're concerned that The wheels are going to fall off these Guys here they have families most of Them want to get something going some Chickens and cows and garden and Orchard And things and so you've got the Questions of well where do you go you Want to be where there's water you don't Want to be in a desert ideally you don't Want to be on Hurricane Alley or you Know on the beach so you kind of you Know you gotta have a green strip in General you want to be where there are People obviously not in the middle of a City but also not completely out in the Boondocks the the farther you get out in The Boondocks the farther you are away From expertise that you may need to do Things that you don't know how to do
